Personnel

Ed Caswell, P.E. 
Mr. Caswell has been a practicing structural engineer for twenty-six years. He has designed school, industrial, waterfront and bridge projects of steel, concrete and timber. As principal and president of Caswell Engineering, P.A., Mr. Caswell is involved with all phases of structural projects from project development through final design and construction administration. 

Prior to the establishment of Caswell Engineering, Mr. Caswell worked as a private consultant, in industry and with a state highway department providing structural services on a variety of structural projects.
 
Mr. Caswell has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Structural Engineering Association of Maine, and the American Concrete Institute.

Jack Burgess, P.E.
Mr. Burgess has seventeen years of experience in designing steel, concrete and timber structures. Among his responsibilities at Caswell Engineering, P.A. are project management including preliminary and final design, preparation of contract drawings, specifications and opinions of probable costs. 

Mr. Burgess has an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Structural Engineering Association of Maine.


Jud Caswell
Jud has been working with MicroStation rendering for five years. In addition to managing the visualization work at the State Capitol building, Jud is a certified MicroStation instructor and has provided significant customization, documentation and support services to the Maine Department of Transportation.

From I95: Take Exit 22, Brunswick. Follow signs to Maine Street. Turn left on Maine Street. We are on the last block before Route 1, on the left. 
Our door is between Frosty's donut shop and O'Farrel art gallery, and we are upstairs.
